Strato Communication’s, a veteran friendly CA Public Sector Government Solutions Group (GSG) is seeking a Sr. Lead  professional Sales Support Administrator.  Proven with time, idealy our candidate will over see an office of 2-3  support team members with a leading role to perform a variety of highly responsible and skilled Sales Support duties. He or She will be in collaboration with Sales Teams / Operations, Finance and President to support the Corporate Mission/Vision of the company.

The ideal candidate will be a flexible, enthusiastic, highly organized professional with impeccable follow up with Sales Teams, vendors and clients. Preferred experience in a State & Local Government (not a deal breaker) procurement/office environment with high volume of procurement/vendor transactions.

This person will be comfortable working and performing with a considerable degree of independence and discretion to prioritized assigned projects.


  • Follow corporate policies, process and procedures related to team member’s support role
  • Highly organized to manage internal resources to ensure customer RFQs are acurately responded to in a timely fashion
  • Collaborate with Inside/Outside sales
  • Collaborate with other staff / finance President on forcasts while identifying and rectifying challenges before they happen
  • Input RFQs in customer quoting and CRM/Salesforce tools
  • Continual updating of Corp Data Base: CRM/Salesforce/ERP
  • Team and individual contributor with oversite of the below:
    • Send out RFQs to respective vendors
    • Responsible for processing customer orders, request for service and supplier purchase orders
    • Discernment to select highest valued vendor(s) to to meet corporate strategies and financial objectives
    • Follow up on all open orders and communicating with customers, vendor and internally as required with accurate and timely updates
    • Reviews all completed orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all records in corporate database
    • Partner with team members to ensure the highest levels of prompt, courteous and professional internal customer support
    • Nurture Client and Vendor relationships

Minimum Qualifications

  • An Associate/Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education, experience performing Sales Support
  • Sound work/career and history of career progression
  • Minimum Three or more years of experience in Sales Support roles in Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, Office Support or related fields
  • Working knowledge of CRM/Salesforce/Quoting tools and Vendor Management Tools
  • Must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, Outlook, O365 Collaborative Tools (Teams/Skype/Sharepoint)
